Phase Leadership Network - KS1 & KS2

This three-day programme is for those who lead a phase or team, and are looking to further develop their leadership and management skills. It is designed to equip aspiring leaders with the tools and insights necessary for driving success across diverse school settings.

The programme will support a drive for improvement and successfully develop leadership knowledge, skills and confidence. As part of the programme participants will develop a small school based leadership project to focus and apply their learning to enhance their phase as well as relate potentially to their performance management targets. Overall, this will relate to an area for development from their own schools development plan.

During the programme you will:

• Explore the characteristics of successful leaders and leadership; to have the greatest impact
• Consider and share best practice around how to successfully lead a phase meeting
• Explore how to monitor your team effectively (often with limited release time) to ensure everyone is able to be successful
